Spicy Turkey Fillets

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp bouillon powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 500g turkey fillets
  • Cooking spray or oil for brushing
  • Diced tomatoes and fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!


  • Step 1

    Beat eggs, flour, herbs and spices in a bowl. Add Turkey, cover and let marinate in refrigerator for 12 hours.

  • Step 2

    Insert grill plate in unit and close lid. Select GRILL, set temperature to HIGH and set time to 10 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.

  • Step 3

    When the unit beeps to signify that it has preheated, lightly spray the grill plate with cooking spray and add turkey fillets. Close lid and cook for 6 minutes.

  • Step 4

    After 6 minutes, flip turkey. Close lid to continue cooking for 6 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Once cooking process ends allow the meat to rest for 5 minutes.

  • Step 6

    Serve warm with rice or vegetable garnished with diced tomatoes and parsley.
