Ingredients

For the cajun chicken

  • 1lb boneless, skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • Pinch Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp dry Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt and Pepper

To serve

  • Nachos
  • Rice
  • Salad
  • Guacamole
  • Sour Cream

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine all the ingredients under Cajun Chicken in a bowl and mix to combine. Leave to marinade for at least 30 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Set timer to 10 minutes and select grill/medium.

  • Step 3

    Once the unit is ready, add Chicken.

  • Step 4

    Flip midway.

  • Step 5

    Serve with Nachos/Tacos, Rice, Salad, Guacamole and Sour Cream.
