Chocolate & Banana Granola

Granola can be so quick and easy to make, so try this air-fryer version for a speedy breakfast. Serve while still warm with fruit and yoghurt or allow to cool and store in an airtight container.

Ingredients

  • 125g gluten free oats
  • 25g gluten free oat flour
  • 40g melted coconut oil
  • 20g cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 35g chopped nuts
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 25g banana chips
  • 20g dark chocolate chips

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine everything in a bowl, except for the banana chip and chocolate chips

  • Step 2

    Line your air fry basket with baking paper

  • Step 3

    Select the air fry option for 10 minutes at 160oc

  • Step 4

    Open the lid and mix the granola after 5 minutes

  • Step 5

    Once the 10 minutes are up, remove from the basket and stir through the banana chips and chocolate chips while still warm

  • Step 6

    Allow to cool before storing in an airtight container
