Corn Ribs

Smoky crispy Corn Ribs covered with a smoky spice mix. This makes for a delicious healthy snack.

  • 3 Corn on Cobs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Veg Oil
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!


  • Step 1

    Stand the corn up on a chopping board with the wider side touching the board. Very carefully, cut down vertically with a sharp knife to cut the corn in half and then cut the halves into quarters.Or, you can microwave the Corn for a few minutes before cutting. This makes it easier for the knife to go through.

  • Step 2

    Add the Oil to the bowl with the Spices and mix together with a fork.Brush spice mix over the corn.Place spiced Corn Ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure there is space between the ribs.

  • Step 3

    Cook the corn in an Air Fryer at 190ºC for 10-15 minutes. You can flip them midway but I find that this is not necessary.
