Double Chocolate Cookie Dough Bites

We all need that little bit of chocolatey indulgence sometimes and it’s even better when it’s homemade!

These gluten and dairy free chocolate covered bites are so simple to make yet absolutely delicious. They’re sure to go quick!

Ingredients

  • 100g gluten free oat flour
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 25g melted coconut oil
  • 125g dairy free white chocolate
  • 100g dark chocolate

Method

  • Step 1

    Add the oat flour, ground almonds, vanilla, maple syrup and coconut oil to your food processor and pulse until combined

  • Step 2

    Cover a plate with greaseproof paper

  • Step 3

    Roll the mixture between your hands into ball shapes

  • Step 4

    Press each ball down gently on the plate so the bottoms are flat

  • Step 5

    Place them in the fridge to set for an hour

  • Step 6

    Melt the white chocolate and coat each cookie dough ball, place them back in the fridge to set for 30 minutes

  • Step 7

    Melt the dark chocolate

  • Step 8

    Dip the bottom of each cookie dough ball in the dark chocolate, then drizzle the rest over the top

  • Step 9

    Store in the fridge
