Garlic Aioli

A quick and easy recipe for your new favourite dip. The best thing about it is that it is ready in 5 minutes.

  • 3 Eggs
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 135ml Olive Oil

  • Step 1

    Combine the Eggs, Garlic, some salt and a couple tablespoons of oil in a blender or food processor, pulse until mixed.

  • Step 2

    Slowly stream in the oil until the aioli begins to thicken

  • Step 3

    Taste and add additional salt if needed.

  • Step 4

    Add more oil if needed.
