Indian Spiced Chicken Bites

Succulent and delicious Indian Spiced Chicken Bites. Great for Meal Prep – Add to Salad/Wraps/Pittas!

Ingredients

For the batter

  • 125ml Water
  • 1 Egg
  • 90g Plain Flour
  • 1.5 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/5 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder

For the breadcrumbs

  • 110g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt

For the chicken

  • 2 lbs Boneless Chicken Thighs, in 1 inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine all the ingredients for the batter in a bowl and mix together.

  • Step 2

    Add the Chicken and set aside for 30 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Combine all the ingredients for the breadcrumbs in a large plate and mix everything together.

  • Step 4

    Preheat the Ninja Foodi, with the basket in, select air fry.

  • Step 5

    Dip the chicken pieces in the Breadcrumbs.

  • Step 6

    Spray the basket with oil then add the Chicken in a single layer.

  • Step 7

    Spray with Oil.

  • Step 8

    Close the lid, select Air Fry at 200 C. Air Fry for 10 minutes then flip.

  • Step 9

    Spray with more Oil and Air Fry for another 7 – 10 minutes until the Chicken is cooked and golden.
