Minced Chicken Patties

I make these for Meal Prep every week. In this recipe minced Chicken is combined with simple
spices and air fried. I add them to salads and wraps throughout the week.

Ingredients

  • 1kg Chicken Mince (Thigh)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 large Onion Diced
  • Half a handful Coriander chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Crushed
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Crushed
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp Chickpea Flour (Dry roasted in a pan for 2 - 3 minutes)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt
  • Spray Oil

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine chicken mince with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

  • Step 2

    Oil hands very slightly and shape mixture into round kebabs.

  • Step 3

    Spray Kebabs with Oil and working in batches air fry them at 180 C for 4 – 6 minutes flipping mid
    way.
