Peanut Butter, Banana & Chia Seed Smoothie

A delicious smoothie full of natural proteins and fibre. Packed with sweet ripe bananas and creamy natural peanut butter. Adding chia seeds to a smoothie is a natural and easy way to up your protein and fibre intake. You can make bigger batches by doubling the ingredients, and storing the smoothie in the fridge

Ingredients

  • 750ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp linseeds
  • 2 medium-sized ripe bananas

Method

  • Step 1

    Using the jug of your Ninja Kitchen System, throw all of the smoothie ingredients in to the jug and blitz until smooth

  • Step 2

    Store in the fridge to cool before serving
