  • 100g cold butter, cut into cubes
  • 200g plain flour
  • 3-4 tbsp water

  • Step 1

    Install the chopping blade in the Precision Processor® Bowl. Add butter and flour in bowl and select CHOP, twice or until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs 

  • Step 2

    Place water into feed tube pusher, select LOW and pour water slowly through feed tube until mixture starts to form a ball around the blade, and the bowl is clean. 

  • Step 3

    Carefully remove dough from blade and turn out onto a floured board and knead slightly. Wrap in greaseproof paper and chill for 30 minutes before using.
