Turkey Schnitzels

  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil, plus 1 teaspoon extra for cooking
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
  • 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 portions fresh turkey breast fillet (approx. 150g each)
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 large pepper (red or yellow), deseeded and sliced
  • 150ml single cream

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!


  • Step 1

    Mix 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil, chilli powder, herbs, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add turkey to the bowl and mix to coat evenly.

  • Step 2

    Insert grill plate in the unit. Place flat plate on top of grill plate so it sits flat and close lid. Select FLAT PLATE, set temperature to 190°C and set time to 20 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.

  • Step 3

    When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, drizzle the remaining rapeseed oil onto the flat plate then add the onion and pepper. Close lid and cook for 4 minutes. Remove vegetables from flat plate and set aside.

  • Step 4

    Leaving lid open, place turkey portions on flat plate and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Pour cream on top of turkey, then add vegetables and close lid.

  • Step 5

    Cooking is complete when the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 75˚C. Serve hot.
