Whole Cauliflower

If you love roasted cauliflower then you definitely need to give this simple recipe a try. It pairs really well with houmous or a red pepper dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, leaves and stalk removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 zest and juice of lemon
  • 1/2 tbsp tamari
  • 1/2 tsp hot smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • fresh coriander
  • chilli flakes

Method

  • Step 1

    Line the air fryer basket with greaseproof paper

  • Step 2

    Mix together the oil, lemon juice, tamari, paprika, allspice, turmeric and ground coriander to make the marinade

  • Step 3

    Use a pastry brush to coat the cauliflower in the marinade

  • Step 4

    Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket and set the ‘aircrisp’ option to 200oc for 15 minutes

  • Step 5

    Cut into slices when cooked and serve immediately
