Winter Berry Smoothie

Smoothies are my go-to weekday breakfast option as they take minutes to prepare and can be really filling, especially when adding protein powder! For a thicker smoothie or smoothie bowl texture, try chopping up and freezing the banana before blending

  • 100g frozen blueberries
  • 100g frozen blackberries
  • 1 large banana (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 400ml plant milk (I used coconut)
  • 1 scoop vegan berry flavour protein - optional

  • Step 1

    Simply add all the ingredients to your Ninja Blender in the order listed

  • Step 2

    Press the ‘smoothie’ pre-set option for a perfectly blended smoothie

  • Step 3

    Divide between glasses and enjoy
